Privacy Policy

01What we collect

Account data: your email address, your username and your password. The password is never stored as typed; we keep only a salted hash of it. We also keep the license keys you redeemed and when you redeemed them, and the time your account was created.

Sign-ins: a session when you sign in on the website, and a device sign-in, with the device name the app reports, when you sign in from the Saiko app. Both can be ended at any time by signing out.

Preorders and purchases: the email address you enter, the plan, the payment method, the amount, the status of the payment and its identifier at the payment provider, and for a purchase the key it gave.

Resellers: if you sign in to the reseller program with Discord, your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar (nothing else: not your email or your servers), the shop link you send, the decision on your application, and the orders you place and keys they gave.

Technical data: your IP address, which we use to limit repeated attempts and to protect sign-in, registration and payment forms against abuse, and ordinary server logs.

02What we do with it

We use it to run your account and license, to take and record payments, to keep the service safe and to answer you when you write to us. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

03Cookies

When you sign in, we set one cookie that keeps you signed in. It is needed for the account to work, and it is removed when you sign out or it expires. The reseller program sets its own sign-in cookie the same way, and a short-lived one while you sign in with Discord. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The captcha and the payment page, described below, may set their own.

04Who else gets data

hCaptcha checks that a form is filled in by a person. It receives information from your browser, including your IP address, and works under its own privacy policy.

LirPay processes SBP and Robux payments, FreedomPay processes card payments, and 2328.io processes cryptocurrency payments. You enter your payment details on the provider page or with your bank, wallet or Roblox, not on ours, and we never see your card, bank or wallet credentials. We pass the provider the plan, the amount and a reference number for the preorder.

Roblox is involved when you pay with Robux: you buy a game pass on Roblox, under its terms and privacy policy.

Discord is involved when you sign in to the reseller program: you sign in on Discord, which tells us only who you are on Discord, under its own terms and privacy policy.

Discord: the Community section of the website asks Discord for the number of members of our server. That request is sent from your browser, so Discord sees your IP address.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect Saiko and other people from fraud and abuse.

05How long we keep it

We keep account data while the account exists. We keep preorder and payment records for as long as we need them to deal with the order and to keep accounts of what was paid. Records of repeated attempts are short-lived.

06Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your account and the data linked to it. We may keep what the law or our accounts require us to keep, such as a record of a payment. Deleting an account does not return a payment: see the Refunds section of the Terms of Service.

07Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes, session and device tokens are stored only as hashes, and the website is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so use a password that you use nowhere else.

08Children

Saiko is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version (29 October 2026).
