Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Saiko. Read them before you create an account, enter a license key or pay for a plan.

01Acceptance

By using the website, creating an account, redeeming a license key, using the Saiko software or paying for a plan, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use Saiko.

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must accept these terms for you.

02What Saiko is

Saiko is a Roblox executor: software that runs Luau scripts you choose. It is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

Saiko comes in three plans, Free, Plus and Farming, which differ in the features and the number of clients listed on the pricing section of the website. We may change what a plan includes, and the limits that go with it, as the software develops.

03Your account and license keys

You are responsible for your account, your password and everything done under them. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.

A license key works once and adds days to one account. Do not share, resell or publish keys, accounts or sign-ins. We may disable an account, a key or a device that is shared or resold, or that was obtained by fraud, a chargeback or a reversed payment.

04Use at your own risk

Roblox can restrict or ban accounts that use third-party software, and its rules may change without notice. You use Saiko at your own risk. We are not responsible for a Roblox ban, for the loss of a Roblox account, items or Robux, or for any action Roblox takes.

Do not use Saiko to break the law, to harass or defraud other people, to spread malware, or to attack, overload or probe our systems. We may suspend or end your access if you do.

Scripts are written by other people. You decide which ones to run, and what they do is your responsibility.

05Preorders and payments

Paid plans can be preordered. A preorder is a payment made in advance: once it is confirmed we record the plan, the payment method, the amount and the email address you entered, and nothing is issued or delivered at that moment. Timing, features and limits of a plan may change before and after launch.

Once preorders end, a plan is bought outright: when the payment is confirmed you get a license key for the length you chose, a week or 30 days of that plan, shown on the payment screen. Keep it safe; anyone who has the key can redeem it.

Resellers buy license keys in bulk through the reseller program, after applying with Discord and being approved. Their prices, discounts and rules are shown to them once approved, and a key bought from a reseller works the same as any other.

Prices are set and charged in US dollars. For visitors in Kazakhstan the website also shows them in tenge (₸), converted at the official rate of the National Bank of Kazakhstan for information only; the amount you pay is worked out at the time of payment. You can pay with SBP, Robux, a Visa or Mastercard card, or cryptocurrency. Payments are handled by our payment providers: LirPay for SBP and Robux (Robux through a Roblox game pass), FreedomPay for cards, and 2328.io for cryptocurrency. The amount in rubles, Robux, tenge or crypto is worked out at the time of payment (a card payment is converted from US dollars at the rate FreedomPay applies that day), and any fee or exchange rate that your bank, wallet or network adds is yours.

A cryptocurrency transfer cannot be reversed. Check the amount and the address before you send it. If a payment is not confirmed, or arrives for the wrong amount, contact us with the details of the transfer.

06Delivery

A license key is a digital product and is delivered by email. When your payment is confirmed, the key is sent to the email address you entered at checkout, and it is also shown on the payment screen. For a preorder, a confirmation is sent to the same address.

Check the address before you pay, and look in your spam folder if the email does not arrive. If it still has not arrived, write to [email protected] or open a support ticket (see Refunds) with the email address you used and the payment reference.

Nothing is shipped physically, and there is no delivery fee.

07Refunds

All sales are final. Every payment, including a preorder and including a payment for a plan or license that you have not used, is non-refundable. We do not give refunds, credits or exchanges, whether or not you have used the software, and whether or not the plan changes, is delayed or is withdrawn.

This does not take away any right that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

To ask for a refund, open a support ticket on our Discord server:

1. Join the server at https://discord.gg/ruuPFdxsn8. You can also open a ticket from the Support page of your dashboard.

2. Go to the #tickets channel and press the "Open a ticket" button. A private channel is created for you and our team.

3. In the ticket, give the email address you used at checkout, the plan and the payment method, the date and time and the amount of the payment, the payment reference (or a screenshot of it), and the reason for the request.

4. We review the request and answer in the ticket, and may ask you for more details.

08Changes to Saiko

We may change, suspend or stop any part of Saiko, including the website, the software, a plan or a payment method, at any time. We do not promise that Saiko will be available without interruption or free of errors.

09Ending your access

You may stop using Saiko at any time. We may suspend or end your access when you break these terms, when a payment is reversed, or when we have to for legal or security reasons. Ending access does not entitle you to a refund.

10No warranty

Saiko is provided "as is" and "as available", without a warranty of any kind, express or implied, including that it will work with every version of Roblox, that it will be free of bugs, or that it will not be detected.

11Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Saiko and the people behind it are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost accounts, items, data or profit, or for anything that Roblox or another third party does. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version (29 October 2026). If you keep using Saiko after a change, you accept the new version.
